MONICOMP is an English Hungarian company, founded in 1990. It works with selling and servicing computer related peripherals and tools as well as those related to the banking industry. The Company does all related services as well. The Company became the specialist of large volume, high quality services and and sales. Now we do the regular maintenance and service of more than 31,000 equipments. Our service center accepts on average 70 - 110 calls which are answered and acted upon within 4 hours.

Besides the Budapest center of 1200 m2 we have 10 other sites. 95 employees work with 45 Company owned and 40 privately owned automobiles. In each site we have sufficient part stocks that we can serve our customers as fast as possible.
In serving our customers we do consulting, office service, installation, and warranty contracted services including supplying parts which are done through our commercial and service center. Our inventory and professional service center also serves this purpose. This gives us the flexibility to guarantee a two hour service in the entire country 7 days a week 24 hours a day. The quality of our services are supported by an integrated information system, in which all our operations are centrally registered and controlled. We use a custom made software for this purpose.
